We lend nationwide except for Al, , SD, ND, VT

Do you require insurance?

Yes. Every property we lend on is required to carry title and hazard insurance.

What is a Fix and Flip loan?

Is a short span loan used to buy a property hastily that entails funding the repairs. They are resold or refinancing within 12-24 month.

What is a rental loan?
A Rental Loan is an investment property and also it is a very long-term loan. Against the property value and the money flow of the property it is underwritten initially.
How much do I need to put down for a down payment if I am purchasing a property?

You can put as little as 15% down and get a loan up to 85% of the price of the property. For multifamily properties (5-8 units) or mixed-use properties with commercial units, the minimum cash down is 25%.
